Clinical supervision is a process that fosters personal growth and professional development. My supervisory style is based on reflective and FIT supervision to prepare you for quality clinical practice using evidence-based practices including MI, DBT, and ACT. We will work together to cultivate your skills and establish your clinical style. We will focus on therapeutic issues and techniques, ethics and values, and cultural humility.
